Before we made whisky, we started out crafting delicious liqueurs and spirits. All of our products are made from local, natural ingredients wherever possible and the alcohol used is fermented and distilled from BC-farmed wheat, at our craft distillery in North Vancouver.

Quadruple Sec
A key ingredient in many classic cocktails, orange liqueur is the unsung hero of the liqueur world. Made with loads of citrus including bitter chinotto orange, there is nothing cloyingly sweet about our extra, extra, extra, extra dry orange liqueur. The perfect addition to your margarita, cosmopolitan, or mai tai cocktail.

No. 82 Amaretto
The one that started it all and easily the fan favourite, our amaretto is unlike the commercial brands you’ve had before. We start with bourbon vanilla beans and apricot kernels, providing a floral, marzipan backbone. It’s sweetened with local BC blackberry honey, demerara sugar, and apricots, giving the liqueur a decadent sweetness — perfect to sip after dinner in place of dessert.

Chili Vodka
Not for the faint of heart, our chili vodka will melt your face off with scovilles upon scovilles of birds eye chillies. Its best use is in a spicy caesar, but it will add heat to any margarita or moscow mule. If you’re adventurous enough to order this one, we commend you.

Barrel Aged Amaretto
One of our most anticipated annual releases, our barrel-aged amaretto is a whisky-soaked version of our beloved almond liqueur. It spends a year in ex-whisky casks that vary each year, providing deep oak character and whisky-goodness, resulting in a sweet sipper that’s a little bit like an easy-drinkin’ old fashioned in a bottle.

Vodka Vodka Vodka
The spirit so nice we named it thrice! Made from local BC wheat and champagne yeast, it provides a crisp, clean palate with undertones of vanilla and an off-dry finish. The perfect base for any vesper martini or cosmopolitan.

Junicopia Gin
This London Dry style gin will punch you in the face with juniper on juniper on juniper. It’s intended to be enjoyed after mixing, by proper juniper-heads. Please proceed with caution and for the love of love, use good tonic!

North Shori Melon Liqueur
Distilled with fruit from the lush, rolling melon fields of Vancouver's North Shore, this is absolutely the most authentic and traditional green liqueur ever crafted. Each canary melon was masterfully knocked (for extra freshness), hand-peeled, macerated, and distilled to perfection. The liquid was then sweetened to create an off-dry liqueur that is not-too-sweet, and will balance any sour cocktail. Make everyone around you green with envy by mixing up a classic Japanese Slipper, or use it to shake up a Melon Margarita.

Blue Curaçao
The ultimate of April Fools spirits, our craft blue curacao is made from two types of orange peel, ceylon and mace distillate, blended with aged brandy, and then dyed super duper blue. An essential ingredient in many classic cocktails, except a million times as fun because blue drinks are better than all other drinks.

Falernum Liqueur
Falernum is best known in modern times as a sweet and spicy cocktail syrup, but was historically a rum-based drink commonly consumed in the Caribbean. We’ve crafted ours with a mix of traditional spices such as clove and cinnamon, house-made ginger distillate, lime oil, bitter almond, and sweetened it with Demerara sugar. The perfect addition to any tropical cocktail -- we recommend a zombie or a nuclear daiquiri if you're feeling daring.

Coffee Liqueur Sucks!
The original April Fools offering, our coffee liqueur is beloved by many and for good reason — it sucks! (not really). Distilled and filtered as many times as humanly possible, it’s a blend of exceptional, locally roasted Moja coffee beans, and artisanal tap water. Enjoy with a pastry and a raised pinky. Or don’t.

Creme de Cacao
No longer just a dusty diamond-shaped bottle at the back of your grandmother’s liquor cabinet, creme de cacao is making a comeback and this time it’s done right. We started with the best cacao nibs we could find and vacuum distilled them into a perfectly fruity and floral chocolate liqueur that will add layers of cacao complexity to any chocolate martini or brandy alexander.

Tiki Creamer
Irish cream? More like island dream. Add a bit of luxury to your piña coladas with this tasty, lightly coconut-y, cream-based liqueur. Excellent on ice, in a cocktail, or even in your coffee!

Toasted Coconut "Rum"
We’ve seen a lot of craft distillers makin’ classy aged rum from honey, but we thought we’d make what people really want: CRAFT COCONUT RUM. Pounds of shaved coconut get toasted by hand and then macerated with our house distilled spirit to create a bold, sweet, coco-nutty liqueur that will liven up any tropical cocktail. Tastes kind of like your dad’s favourite oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, if you dipped them in booze. Try it in a mai tai, daiquiri, or blue hawaiian.
