A key ingredient in many classic cocktails, orange liqueur is the unsung hero of the liqueur world. Made with loads of citrus including bitter chinotto orange, there is nothing cloyingly sweet about our extra, extra, extra, extra dry orange liqueur. The perfect addition to your margarita, cosmopolitan, or mai tai cocktail.

The one that started it all and easily the fan favourite, our amaretto is unlike the commercial brands you’ve had before. We start with bourbon vanilla beans and apricot kernels, providing a floral, marzipan backbone. It’s sweetened with local BC blackberry honey, demerara sugar, and apricots, giving the liqueur a decadent sweetness — perfect to sip after dinner in place of dessert.

One of our most anticipated annual releases, our barrel-aged amaretto is a whisky-soaked version of our beloved almond liqueur. It spends a year in ex-whisky casks that vary each year, providing deep oak character and whisky-goodness, resulting in a sweet sipper that’s a little bit like an easy-drinkin’ old fashioned in a bottle.
